Villa Balinese is a beautifully presented home with a European feel. Located in one of the most sought-after areas in Sea Horse Ranch, this home has been designed and decorated to a high standard. A unique layout of the home offers stunning garden and pool views from nearly every room, with a wrap-around terrace that sits above the grounds. The hillside inspires the concept of this one-story home. The main entrance is at ground level, while the interior has a lofty feel and views from a higher setting. A walkway from the back terrace leads down into a beautifully landscaped garden and a bi-level pool area with a Guest Cottage at the far edge of the lawn.

Three bedrooms are located in the main house, all with en-suite baths. There are two Master Suites with garden views, a guest bedroom, and the fourth bedroom has been converted into an artist studio. The main Master Suite is entered through its own separate study/media room and has a cathedral ceiling with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide open to provide incredible views of the surrounding tropical gardens.

The Guest Cottage is equipped as a laundry room, but with a separate bathroom, may be converted to a private studio suite for guests or maid’s quarters. A flowering-covered pergola in front of the home has space for two automobiles.
