New developments

It began in 1991, when Helmut Maurerbauer built the Hacienda in Cofresi, near Puerto Plata. A travel entrepreneur and a pioneer of all-inclusive tourism in the Dominican Republic, he turned the Haciendas into a flagship project of the north coast. The resorts, now known as “Lifestyle resorts,” remain highly sought-after destinations in the country.

Decades later, InStyle Developments turned its attention to the fast-growing areas of Sosúa and Cabarete. With growing demand for luxury properties there, the company added consulting and management to its development work. Alexander Maurerbauer, a specialist realtor, plays a significant role with his expertise and his passion for delivering luxury experiences. Completed projects include Rizz Suites in central Sosúa, and new developments are in preparation.

Under the leadership of Helmut Maurerbauer, InStyle Developments continues to shape hospitality and real estate on the north coast. Every project is built to high standards of quality, with attention to craftsmanship and detail.
