Justian Hanke is a real estate sales professional and the founder of International Tech, originally from Hamburg, Germany. He grew up around the property business and spent several years in international real estate sales in the Dominican Republic, most recently as sales lead at Instyle Investments in Sosúa. There he worked with international buyers on homes, vacation properties and investments on the north coast, in Sosúa, Cabarete and the surrounding area.
In sales he saw how much of an agent's day goes into work that a good system could take over. That experience led him to found International Tech, a company that builds automation for real estate brokerages. The website, the property system and the app of Instyle Investments were designed and developed by International Tech, so agents spend less time on routine work and more time with their clients.
Justian speaks English, German and Spanish, and he remains a contact for German-speaking buyers at Instyle Investments. He brings together first-hand sales experience in the Dominican Republic and the technology that helps a brokerage answer every enquiry quickly and personally.
